You can request information about how we process your data, or exercise your right to have such data corrected, deleted or its collection restricted or blocked any time—insofar as this is permissible and does not conflict with other legal obligations.

Information Regarding Data Protection for our Customers, Suppliers and Business Partners (According to Art. 13 GDPR)

Personal data are used to process and implement the requests for quotes and orders you send to us, or other business transactions (purchasing, co-operations, etc.), and they are used for documentation purposes in our systems. We treat your information confidentially.
We only request personal information that we need to complete the business transaction with you, or data that is legally required. We delete your data as soon as the legally prescribed retention periods have ended, or when we no longer need them for other reasons.
If, within the scope of providing our services to you, or doing business with you, we need to subcontract third parties—such as logistic companies—your data will be passed on to the extent necessary. If there are legal regulations requiring the provision of your data, for example to the authorities, we will fulfil such obligations.
Furthermore, we employ service providers who manage our computer and telephone systems and help us provide our services to you. However, they may only process your data according to our instructions.
You may exercise your right to request information about how we process your data, or exercise your right to have such data corrected, deleted or its collection restricted—insofar as this does not conflict with the legal documentation requirements. To do so, please contact our data protection officer.
Please contact our team if you have any further questions or comments. If we are unable to help, you may file a complaint with the data protection authority assigned to us at any time.
The transfer of information via e-mail poses a risk in terms of confidentiality. If you choose to contact us via e-mail despite this risk, we understand that by doing so you are also consenting to us contacting you via e-mail.

We may contact you via e-mail to send you information regarding our dealings or to send you our offers (§7 UWG—German Fair Trade Practices Act). You may, however, object to this at any time.

Data Protection Policy for our Website

Generally speaking, it is possible to use our website without providing personalised data. However, insofar as you are asked to enter in your personal or business information (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), the disclosure of such data by the user shall be on an expressly voluntary basis.

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be provided to third parties. It will also not be linked to the access data as mentioned below.

When we are contacted (for example, by using a contact form or sending us an e-mail) the user’s information is used to process requests as well as to answer follow-up questions, in particular the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

We wish to point out that transferring data via the internet (for example, by using our contact form or e-mail communication) may be subject to security breaches. It is not always possible to provide complete data protection against third-party access.

SSL Encryption

We use SSL encryption for security purposes and to protect the transfer of confidential information, such as enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise that the connection is encrypted when the address line in the browser changes from “http://”to “https://” and by the lock icon in the browser’s address line.
Once the SSL encryption is active, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content

Within the scope of our online offer, we use third-party content, such as Google Maps. This allows such content providers (hereafter referred to as “third-party providers”) to know the user’s IP address, because without the IP address they cannot send the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary to be able to display such content. We take great care to use such content only when the respective third-party providers only use the IP address to deliver the requested content. However, we have no influence in the event that the third-party providers save the IP address, i.e. for statistical purposes. You can usually find the respective third party’s data protection policy, regarding this, on their website.

This online offer contains links to other websites (so-called external links). We have no influence over the operators of other websites and their compliance with the data protection regulations. You can recognise such external links by the fact that the link’s text is underlined on our website.

The Integration of Cookies

This website uses so-called cookies to enable the proper functioning of our website. Cookies do not damage your device in any way and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our online offer user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Cookies are small text files that are saved by your browser and stored on your device.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. These are automatically deleted once your visit has ended. Other cookies are saved on your device until you choose to delete them. These cookies allow us to recognise your bowser when you visit again.

You can adjust your browser’s settings so that you are informed if cookies are stored and can choose to allow only selected cookies to be placed, you can reject selected or all cookies, and you can also opt to delete cookies automatically once you have closed the browser. If you choose to deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited, or certain functions may not be available.

Server Log Files

The website provider collects and saves data automatically in so-called server log files, which your browser sends to us automatically. These include:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • The operating system you are using
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the connected device
  • Time of the server request

These data cannot be traced to a specific person. These data are not combined with other data sources. We retain the right to review this data at a later time in the event that we have specific reasons to suspect unlawful use.

Data Protection Policy for the use of Tracking Tools

We do not use any tools to measure the so-called reach, or for advertising purposes.
